Hola Jose, como regla debes inhalar cada vez que concentras la energia y exhalar cada vez que la proyectas. Cualquier movimiento que signifique contraccion se hace inhalando y los que sean expansivos se hacen al exhalar. Saludos.

2nd mov, as you start to move your hands up @ 4:17 start to breath in, @ 4:29 hold you breat for a sec, then if you start to bring your arms down breath out.
Don't try to follow the moves shown here adapt it to you own lung capacity if it's bigger then the master showing the moves go slower if you have less lung volume go faster, good luck
Sorry, but what "precise movement" could be without regularities in sequence inhalation-exhalation. May be this video assumes adaptation to those western asses who can see only rough world of visible objects?
