SICKO 2 George Flores TAKE A STAND

This is me & my new friend Reggie September 23 2008
Reggie Has a spinal cord injury and is Paralyzed from the waist down and technically should have more movement and function then i do.
But, because the Medical system has failed him by not giving him the proper care. He has lost his left arm almost completely and has many physical problems as a result.
They say and i say i it is up to every individual to try to take responsibility for themselves but, How can someone do this when they are on so many medications that they dont need that alter the thought process???? Then it is up to the Doctors and the support system to HELP.!!!!!
THIS IS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS EVERYDAY IN OUR COUNTRY. WE ARE TOO WEALTHY AND TOO EDUCATED OF A COUNTRY TO ALLOW THIS ABUSE TO HAPPEN.???
WE ARE NOT HUMAN CATTLE, WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IN MY OPINION THIS HAPPENS AS A RESULT OF MISMANAGED CARE AND, OVER MEDICATION OF A PERSON.
OUR MEDICAL SYSTEM NEEDS REGULATION.

PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS STOP??!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is not enough money in a cure, but by keeping diseases, pain, suffering, etc... doctors, hospitals, pharmacies all become rich! the system makes me sick, these greedy bastards, its long over due, we need to take a stand!

I'm in the health care industry. It breaks my heart to no end how much could be done/should be done that is not. Please keep doing what you are doing. I will do what I can...and I am not sitting still.

ps.. congrats on the return to your career. That is good news... and I appreciate the courage, effort and determination you put out. I too know what it is to recover from an injury--that's where my cross strung harp came from. Saludos!
