  • Very beautiful performance!

  • I'm not so sure I would call the bass line "uneventfull" It does, after all, represent the love of God being hurled to earth in the form of his only son.

  • Bach is the only one who can teach people how to believe in God

    Just listening to his music

just the first note of the first bar

    u cant refuse nothing can

you will feel one with God

  • "Der Tag der ist so freudenreich" = "The day that is so joyful" not "this is the day of rejoicing".

What you are calling "the melody" of the chorale prelude is the chorale tune.

What is "uneventful" about a walking bass? It sounds as eventful as the other 3 voices.

  • Interesting, really! Never heard of it before! I'm in music for at least ten years, but each time I get involved in organ playing, I understand I know nothing. Is the wheel moved by the air from playing pipes or there is a special hole which provides air for Zimbelstern? Because I cannot hear the bells when not playing.

  • Thank you, it's fantastic. Waiting for a new Allen Quantum 300 at our church, but not sure if it'll have that! Wonderful tho

  • What is the technical term for those chimes? They are great

  • who's playing? i kinda' know this face.
