@motorez1 first cape is maxed cape.I can ahve them both because i have ahcived all skills 99 120 dung and gotten other things-quests,miniquests,tasks

Whats the difference between the Comp Cape and the Max Cape?

@iiimbored Ok for max cape u need every skill at 99. For completionist cape u need all 99s plus u need to have 120 dungeoneering. For comp cape u also must have all quests done, all music unlocked, alll tasks done, etc.
