Who cares if they're being entrapped? If the kid says "Hey, wanna have sex" there's a magic word: Nope. JUST SAY NO. If they say yes, and then go over there, they deserve to get busted.

that entrapment i dont think is a sucessful defence. Why? because this is idicatble criminal activity. To be a crime there are 2 things you have to look at which are mens rea, a latin term for intent or criminall intent that means that he intended to do this. So for example i say i am going to rob the liquor store thats intent/plan so you intend to do it. The next thing you have to look at is actus reus, another latin term meaning the act so same example i said i rob a liquor store then the act

@lancetop It's better to have a hour show showing pictures and addresses of local registered offenders in the area in my opinion. But even that has gotten out of hand with societies response to it. (I remember when one of my abusers went to jail. Some guys were asking me if I wanted him to get raped in there. I thought it through and honestly I said NO. Nobody deserves that) And no public outrage of offenders in the area is deserved either. They have to live somewhere.

Registering sex offenders is a GODSEND and should be for life; however, I hear it's only for a certain amount of time which is a shame. But true enough the prime time show of entertainment for money is stupid. But I like Chris Hansen's tenacity even though I don't watch the show anymore.
