You got that right. I did in-house support for 3 yrs. People wonder why techs have attitude? Sit in that chair folks; you will understand. All day long complaints, people yelling & screaming & rarely any appreciation for our efforts or resolutions of the issues. Add to that being accused of being an idiot or incompetent when the user doesn't understand what you are telling them. It beats up a person doing that day in/day out. I will live on cat food before I'd do it again.

  • My fuckin ass its a dream job... You think it would be cushy.... second you start working there, you realise that being a callcentre agent is one of the most stressfull jobs ever.

  • 10 bucks says the tech support guys are running Ubuntu.

  • WTF everyone who has windos shud know control alt delete

  • @bigswinginmickey so very true

  • @HHH077698 no

  • @TangomanX2008

That was his dartboard... he threw a dart and was looking to see where it hit.

  • is this true tho

  • hmm. A tech who needs to look up "Control-Alt-Delete" from a sticky pad isn't much of a tech.
