Transit would fall to bits long before the interior wears...shame esp the connect which is a great little van...ever heard of galvanizing Mr Ford??
French / Italian vans are all galvanized, i have a 8 year old white Kangoo and it looks new in diamond ice white, no rust at all..my friends 6 year old transit is undergoing extensive welding
