I'm making a whole chicken today in one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. I've had it a couple years now and it's amazing in my opinion. If you can get one it's so convenient. Anyway before i start sounding like an infomercial hope you enjoy the video!

i have a question. I enjoy cooking. Ive always wondered if there is any difference in pepper that you grind. I notice they do it on the Food network. Can you tell a difference?

it tastes more peppery to me and theres bigger pieces too. I'm not sure if theres any other differences, but it tastes better to me :) peace and blessings to you too

If I was only dry seasoning it that's what I would do except with olive oil instead of butter. I don't do the rub after if I brine it. I let it sit 2 hours. Normally I'd overnight it, but I was getting tired of waiting for it to unthaw. (took 2 days)
