  • Not very original but still pretty cute...

  • Someone give that baby a hula hoop already!

  • We wish you a Meery Chistmas and a katty new year.

  • @PinkPunkyKat u can not own a meerkat as a pet in the US, zoo have to have special permits for them because they are invasive species and if something were to happen and one of them would get out the zoo will have the mob taken away and can never have them again.

the reason no zoo will let u interact with them is because you have no training nor the vaccines needed to do so and they BITE!! even keepers. when doing vet things we hve to wear glove or we could easily loose fingers.

  • @Corbin800 What ever floats your boat. I'm beginning to see why people keep wild animals as pets.

  • @PinkPunkyKat i've never volunteered there, i'm an intern keeper atm. but the ones in the zoo will either sit up at tigers and talk to the people about the 2 tigers we have and the maned wolves and anteater, or work in the discovery house where you can get out some domestic animals (ferrets, rabbits and such) or work in the farm where people can come in and pet the goats and sheep

  • @Corbin800 Then why is it so great to volenteer there?

  • @PinkPunkyKat no you can't do anything really with the meerkats. even the keepers only go in with them if they have to. they like to bite >_<

  • @katwaves Do they let you interact with the meerkats? I want to volenteer at a zoo but so far none let you actualy interact with them.

  • Martha, Peggy, Terry--Whoever----this is just too cool!!! Thanks to GNSC I love volunteering where everyone is so invested in the well-being of the animals and guests--Thanks for the experience and this video--Happy Holidays and here's to our exciting future--Susan Thomas
