  • i have this backpack in olive green, I honestly prefer this to my Maxpedition Condor. It may be a little bit heavier, however, it is a more comfortable carry, holds more, and is a third of the price.

    nice pack. Good review.

  • @mollematt Thanks for the question Molle. A guy I work with Has the 3-Day pack. I like both of them really. I wish I could give you a definite answer on which bag was better, I just can't. For what I am doing I like the Operator Backpack "better". Some guys don't need the different compartments and the extra weight so the 3-day pack would be better for them. I like the Operator bag because it's a little more durable and I like the different compartments for my stuff. No fumbling.

  • what do thinks is a better bag this one or the 3 day pack?

  • @SuperSTICKnMOVE Thank you for the comment. I spoke with LA police gear. They told me the D-rings are metal coated in plastic, that explains the weight of them. Also, I used a hand-held metal detecting wand over the area in question, it alerted to the presence of metal. You are, however, correct about the quick release buckles, they are plastic. I always appreciate comments from my subscribers... Stay tuned!!
