The Center of Head is a Place of POWER.

This place gives you control over your body allowing you to be aware of present time and create. God gave each of us this very special place and its only for you. When you are inside the center of your head, its like being at the top of a lighthouse and allows you to see 360 degrees around you. You have a vision and are in present time. Its a place that gives you total control like command central.

Center of Your Head Exercise:

· Draw a line from the top of each ear through the head. * From the center of your forehead to the back of your head draw another invisible line and where these two lines intersect is the center of your head. * This is a place you can create a comfortable chair, decorate your surroundings and sit back and look at a command center. * Release all the projects you are working on, people, and situations, events that have been on your mind or on your schedule of things to do, open a trap door and release everything down the grounding cord.

Its peaceful place, calm, serene place. Give yourself permission for it to change and to make it be what you want.

When you pop out, notice and bring your attention back to being in the center of your head. Coming into the center of your head, you are in the present moment.

You enter The NOW. Be aware of being in this space. Its new for you and does take some practice.

Tune in to this space throughout the day as an ongoing practice. Step into this space during meditation and you will notice when you space out.

Then just notice how many times throughout your day you function, spaced out. :roll: Be amused!
