I started from a place on Left Bank where the children of parents who are absent for an unknown period of time (sailors, immigrants) live together, surrounded by big buildings that isolate them from the rest of the world. Their home is situated near the Scheldt, a river that runs through Belgium. They dream about the water that could take them far far away from here (just like their parents) and try communicating with their father through letters.

How this guys need their parents and how they are thinking; sometimes parents don´t take importance about what is thinking a boy or girl, just parents send them to a secure place and them start to do what they have to do.
