-Update Aug 7- There was a confusion concerning names of the people filmed at Strathspey Railway. The marketing person is Timon Rose.-update end- This is a very special film for us. James Scarlett, the tartan expert, who had been an extraordinary supporter of Kaiwanoshima died on 17th of May. James and we were chatting of an idea to film 'Strathspey Railway' the day before he went to the hospital for check-ups. He past away following afternoon. When we went to Inverness to attend the funeral, we decided to do the filming. Because he was keen on the idea. He loved the people and culture of the Scottish Highlands. He received MBE for his contribution to 'tartan' and that is why Mr Charles Kennedy, former Lib-dem party leader has given a tribute. He respected Mr Kennedy as well. Our tribute month continues @ http://www.kaiwanoshima.co.uk
