I love this movie, but the minute the credits start I start crying. This is a ten hankie movie.

Ive owned this film for 30 years, its a family favorite. The colorized version only ads to it.One of the few colorized, that does.Wasn't she exquisite? Unlike todays actresses she acted with her face, little gestures with her hands. All that with a wonderful voice. There will never be another Irene Dunne!!!!

I saw this movie in 1984 and I remember it being a Cary Grant movie and that is all. Too bad they make it so you can't watch it on youtube anymore.
Its a really good movie as I recall.

This is such a wonderful movie. I don't know why films of this caliber aren't made anymore. It's a tearjerker to be sure but it's just so good.

Haha, amen.
I haven't even been alive for 30 years.
Apparently, [RCA] Victor made a deal with Columbia to feature their labels and other "promotional" items during the picture; note the presence of the "Nipper" dog figurine, in the music store, at 1:04; that was part of Victor's famous "His Master's Voice" trademark, which was placed in record and music shops, by them, all over the country...

This is fascinating. Do you have a source for this? I'm an academic -- might like to investigate this further.
