Major Bludd, a hired mercenary for Cobra Industries, discovers Medusa's hideout in Devils Bayou and immediately contacts The Baroness, who races to confront Medusa with a squad of Cobra troopers. Medusa finds herself outnumbered and outgunned...but will Brutus and Nero have the last laugh?

At the same time, the Snow Queen, still pursuing her feud against Shan Yu, sends forth Stormerella to cause chaos, but she soon runs into Mozenwrath and his mamlocks...

A fish named Joe has discovered a potion which increases the intelligence of all sea life. Ursula, seeing this as a threat to her rule and fearing a fish uprising, sends Marina to deal with Joe. When Joe's control of sea life proves to be problematic, Marina resorts to her deadliest weapon...insults, she mocks Joe's intelligence, prompting him to drink even more of his potion. Will Joe's ego prove to be his undoing?

With Medusa down, the Baroness flies out to confront Cruella DeVille. Surprising Cruella while she is out driving, the Baroness pursues her through the countryside armed with high tech weaponry. Will Jasper and Horace come to the rescue, or will Cruella's empire come crashing down around her?

Following the death of Frollo, Tzekel-Kan was released from prison on a technicality. Upon hearing this news, Shan-Yu pays a surprise visit to Amos Slade, and hires his services, despite his fellow hun soldiers' disapproval. Amos Slade arrives in El Dorado, where the people of the island warn their recently freed High Priest. But another villain lies waiting, and she plans in store for the winner...

Epilogue

Cobra Commander is pleased at the success of his plan to bring down Cruella and Medusa's crime empire, and next orders Destro and the Baroness to target a particularly annoying competitor...who could it be?

Doctor Baxter Stockman confers with his mysterious benefactor about an upcoming project he is working on.

Long John Silver delivers his latest find to Maleficent, hoping for a reward. He soon realizes his error when the lamp turns out to hold a powerful Genie. Jafar, happy to be freed, attempts to leave, but finds himself bound to Maleficent for the time being, much to his annoyance and Maleficent's amusement.

In China, Mozenwrath is officially welcomed to Shan Yu and Yzma's new faction, and Shan Yu is pleased with how things are progressing.

While Cobra Commander makes it clear to Edgar who his new boss is, Cruella laments the downfall of her empire.

The Snow Queen, furious at the loss of Stormerella, changes into a new form and prepares to deal with her old enemy personally. All of this is overseen by Hades, who has been watching events in the mortal world with great interest.

Mok confers with his super computer about his new master plan, but just what is the Armageddon key?
