This is the attract mode (intro sequence) for the Sega-CD game Double Switch, starring Corey Haim. I actually enjoyed this game, it's one of the better FMV games and one of my favorites for the system.

I did not realize R lee Ermey was in this as lyle until I just looked at my manual for the game. They spelt his name wrong though, they put Emery

@FREAKFANATIC ..oh man, this game was awesome. FMV titles were fun as hell when everyone was playing Genesis and SNES. I still play this, Night Trap, and Dracula Unleashed on my SEGA CD on a regular basis. Games like this paved the way for innovative games we see today, taking games beyond the standard side scrolling titles. Digital Pictures thought way outside the box on the games.
