Read it if you haven't. In it, the executive branch outlines for local law enforcement who they consider a threat to their illegitimate regime, and how to identify them.
Their definitions basically include anyone that is opposed to the NWO agenda of treason and eugenics, or have ever shown the inclination to stand up against tyranny. (That includes veterans.)

I'm all for human rights and liberty, but at some point you have to realize that we can't keep fighting these wars which have no end in sight.
