just look for kodochnikov systema lessons, im getting teached by maxim pipotja who trained for 25 year at Aleksey Kadochnikov himself.
he teaches classes in amsterdam, alkmaar and amersfoort in the netherlands.
i trained karate, krav maga and jiu-jitsu for many years, tho i really recommend systema, it just works.

russians only breakdance with an ak in their hands :D

if you wanna live and everybody shoot from different directions - you will turn around youself as much as it needed to win any chance not to be fired in a body or head!
and this man - knows that! - and specialy for idiots like you shows how to turn around under fire more correctly in a proper way and kill enemys!! - and not harm yourself! - thats all!
if you just stay on the floor laying like American Pig when gunfiring from different directions - you deadman!!

@hellcatdave Nicely done, racist! Now I see a sence in this movements. And please excuse my english skills. But its really annoying to communicate with other people with such a bad education. It is not my fault! In european schools you just learn simple english! So Sorry! I didnt want to insult anybody. So (again) Sorry! I hope you dont mind...

@o00BIGboss00o Of course a dumbass Belgium soldier would think it wouldnt help. Its for when your CRAWLING and a enemy comes up behind you, dumbass. And learn to spell, I dont care where your from, but if your going to make stupid comments, atleast make them with proper speach.

lol whats that o0? ok im in the army of belgium and i dont that type of dancing... *eh* combat! hehe no seriously i dont think, that this would improve ur skills in combat... it just looks so gay... sry
Those Russian and systema guys know how to add physical attributes to their gunfighting training and can move fluidly and with great flexibility on command, which is something I see alot of us fatass Americans ridicule as unnecessary or stupid, a view I have to disagree with.
Personally, I've recognized and become disgusted with my own limitations and I'm currently working on dropping weight, building strength, gaining flexibility, and developing my ability to move how I want, when I want.
