( http://www.vernonbrooks.com/tracks-of-our-tears.php) ...a tropical storm developed in their vicinity, and since he was the first of the season, they named him 'Bolt'. Up to then, he never seemed to be a direct threat, but he was still on a path, swirling in Powell and Gay's direction, gusting winds of 10.03 seconds, to end the season in this, his first outing venturing forth at 100m. Tropical storm Bolt threatened to become a hurricane with his eye focused on the US/Jamaica territorially sensational event, but the wind system seemed erratic at that time. By the time 2008 stormed into being, Bolt accelerated into acquiring hurricane status and a watch warning was issued at the Mays edition of the Jamaica International Track and Field Meet. There, Bolt kicked up a storm accompanied by an earthquake registering 9.76 on the Richter scale... It's now 2010, two seasons since Hurricane Bolt has been bearing down on the Americas and battering global borders with gale force winds. The Worldwide Office of Disaster Preparedness (WODP) has borne the brunt of Bolt's ferocity, issuing bulletin reports to help surviving victims pick up the pieces in the anticipated aftermath of this natural disaster on the rampage. Hurricane Bolt is expected to continue his indomitable behavior for the next four seasons, writing and rewriting world records in his wake. 9.58 and 19.19 are some of his latest rumblings and aftershocks, but he is expected to cause a major earthquake akin to that of Haitis magnitude towards the finale of the 2010 timeline. Stay tuned for further updates on Hurricane Bolts development and his devastation of ankle-biters who still believe they can throw caution to his winds.
