I saw a store security guard at a jewelry store in a major mall. That guard was big and scary. But, Kirk could have thumped him with ease.

Well he looked like he could have pulled 780, benched 580-600 and he looks like he may have been able to squat another 10-15 pounds or so. He definately cut his total short on this one. Still, all those lifts were picture perfect form with a great amount of speed.

the guy was an awesome lifter. notice the difference between this squat and the new version squat. he has old fashion wraps and an inferior suit compared to the gear now.
plus he has to back out and set up. this is a real squat by a real lifter. frig the steroid comments!
