  • Hey Jason i really enjoyed these Q & A vids keep them coming! (well all your vlogs are great to be honest) :-)

  • Thanks - more in January.

  • I have a movie title question, if you allow.

The movie I have in mind is b/w, about a travelling circus and a group of tourists, and how they deal with the oddities within the circus. I think the main actor plays all the roles in the circus... like, a sage who only tells the truth, even if it hurts, or a satyr, you know, a humanoid with horns and hoofs...

Any idea? I remembered it when I heard of a new movie called "Dr. Parnassus" or something, and I thought it might be similar, or a remake.

  • Wow - that's a stumper. Is it a modern film, made within the last 30 years? Is it in English?

The only film that leaps to mind is an old film called Freaks - but I'm not sure that is the plot.

  • It's a b/w US American or maybe British movie, so I guess it was made no later than the 1960s. I'm also sure it wasn't made before WW2. The main actor was somebody famous, if I recall correctly... I was thinking Laurence Olivier or Alec Guiness, but their bios do not support that thought.

How many people have possibly played more than three roles in a single movie?

  • Peter Sellers leaps to mind - he could pull it off. Altho Alec Guiness was also famed for playing multiple roles in several Dickens adaptations.
