  • song at 2:30?

  • @fatsmut Huh???

  • @CLewey44 you LOST you last yer match rofl!!bitteryes YES!! lol

  • It's funny, he's a god in his sport but doesn't make anything doing it. Jordan has a statue. I'm sure Ali does. Will Brzenk have his? Or at least an armwrestling event named after him one day. The Brzenk Classic maybe. He's bigger in eastern Europe and Russia than he is here. I can just picture a statue of the guy next to the Kremlin lol.

you can't "lock" without strength, so it's not a lock at all, unless you are referring to the arm breaking position, which only leads to a trip to the hospital. you can't use a technique if you are not strong in that technique, you have to train those muscles to get any use out of it.

    Disturbed Down with the sickness

  • what's song 5:50??

  • 2:17 oncescu?

  • @tebratius No such thing as a lock. It's just pure strength. Trust me you will not believe the numbers Babayev does in the gym with a dumbell in bicep curls, wrist curls, sidepressure with cable etc etc..

Armwrestling is a strength sport. Period. Yes there is techniques used. But it's primarely a strength sport!

Also see no.1 Devon Larratt do static holds with 80 kilograms. Yes "it's all technique" *rolling eyes*
