@TheNineveh We have and had already used the tire bars. We were just trying to air it up. This was the last of 4 and the only one that we had a problem with.

We weren't trying to get it off we were trying to air it up. It is a 14.5 inch tire and a 14 inch rim. This was the last one and we had no ether or brake cleaner so we had to do it the hard way. I have a Cheetah take at work that would have made even easier and safer than flames but no where near as much fun.
