I've had mine since '94. I am now 20, and I still use it vigorously for my music production. Great, great product.

Impressive, my 1st synth was one PSS480. I remember I enjoyed playing hours programming complex sounds on it.

hah, great style - I like this synth so much ... I saw one for $20 and thought it a waste ... was I wrong? Yes, I think so.

I'm sorry, but did you just make a maternal insult?

@jazzygirl587 Goodwill is really the best place to look for all kinds of old ac adapters. There are usually a mess of them at Goodwill. The PSS-480 will take anywhere between 9 and 12 volts and you may need to try switching polarity if it doesn't work at first. There are tons of different sizes of male plugs for it so it's best to bring the keyboard with you and try everything till you find a fit. Otherwise Radio Shack has universal but they are expensive.

You CAN edit the portotime! Keep your finger depressed on the porto key and it should give you option of increasing or decreasing
