this is rubbish. bodybuilder do train 6 day a week. They got their routine. They work on different muscle group on each other day, even on upper body. For example mon, wed, fri on chest, legs, and tue thru and sat on lats, shoulder, and etc. so each of the muscle group rest on each day. however for fat burn lose, go for low weight high reps, for muscle gain go for middle weight and middle reps, for gain power, go for high weight and low reps.It all depend your go.

lol "looking like a professional bodybuilder" you will get a little bit bigger muscles but your dilusional if you think a old guy lifting 20 pound stones is gona get as big as a bodybuilder using testosterone hgh and insulin .
heres my guess he was ripped "low bodyfat" and had visual muscles not big but visual and for a avrage man thats big but dont overestimate lol

I think that if you train (endurance or power) at alternate days (one day training and the next rest) is the best solution.
I go running twice or three times a week, and in the weekend I go trekking or skiing or cycling. The thing is, for me, if you train today, don't train tomorrow.

use bcaa before and after training or eat food that contains esencial amino acids and you wont loose muscle do it every time before cardio !
If you want to build muscle why the hell arent you training under a bodybuilding routine?
Train Hard... Eat Hard... Rest Hard.... repeat
