Rolande Falcinelli plays the first movement 'Allegro Agitato' of Marcel Dupré's Op.39 Suite at St. Pierre Angoulême. The work was originally written as part of the transcendental etudes for Jeanne Demessieux.

Stunning !!! I know this piece is extremely hard to play. But I would have never thought that one could play it like that.
Ms Falcinelli's technique is really impressive.

what a transcendent composer & his daughter's performance hair-raising.
the piece is obviously based on a chant of some sort

Esecuzione leggendaria e (secondo me) attualmente irraggiungibile.
