Dead space disk 2 error, help please!

This is my backup copy of dead space disk 2 and when I reach the elevator bit on the disk 1 and I'm required to put disk 2 in, after inserting I get this error of 'please insert disc 2' and I already have it just won't read and if I try to load disc 2 from dashboard it comes up with 'open tray' error, I dunno what the problem is but if there has been a fix for this, let me know thanks..

My console is flashe with ixtreme LT+ and everything works fine accept for this games disk 2, peace!

i have the same problem.i just try,try,try and try until my X360 finally read the second disc.take a lot of time though.

Put your other disk in an see if that works because it's telling you that you need the other disk for the game to work k
