  • am I the only one who wants to keep them till like fish can't eat them? I know you shouldn't but I am so damn tempted

  • Hatchlings leave their birth beach as completely independent animals and swim nonstop for years. 60-80 years if a male. 20 or so before first returning to that same beach to nest if female.

  • I think it was not swimming TO land but AWAY from the person with the camera. Notice how at no point the little guy swims towards the camera.
