John Travolta General's Daughter Interview 1999

Certainly one of the most under rated actors on the scene....think of how many roles...how many times he has reinvented himself. No type casting except for the fact he can dance but that has played very little into his last 20 years of film....This film was very tricky....He's always good!

Uh, well there is a rape scene. It's not 5 min, but it's gratouitous and rather unnecessary.

The film is a very good one, however. And it touches several contraversial issues like sexual assult in the military.
