That's not dancing, that's moving to the music. What are they supposed to do? Just stand there motionless while their backs get crushed for being still 2 hours straight?

OMG! I am going to see Tori in Philadelphia on 12/1/11. I hope people don't start dancing. Because then I'll have to dance. And I can't dance, especially to Tori Amos music. Help!!

You do have a point there, Penrilfake:)

@imabimbo66 ..so true :)

If you watched it silently, maybe you'd assume they were jamming out to some hardcore rock group. Er.

Personally, I think it looks like they are heiling hitler during some parts. Or something. I don't really understand the arm waving jam to it. I love Tori amos, though, but I wouldn't really know how to dance to that kind of music. I think all that arm whipping would take away from soulfully enjoying her music. Too busy focusing on trying not to bash another person in the head. Boy, that must be tiring.

@BoysForPele1989 I didnt mean like men, i meant to say men with sexist opinions, and of course women can be sexist as well.

@ProfessionalWidow83 you may have an opinion but opinions are not inherently feminist, like men those of sexist or racist peoples. you whether you realize it or not are making a sweeping generalization about the experiences of those doing the movements. This , in all actuality, suplants their voice with that of your own. Which is not feminist.

I am also a feminist had you took the time to look up some info, you might have known that. (me reading from your previous posts)
I am using LOGIC and past experience to base my judgements. I too have seen Tori live, and for me, it was a very religous experience in which I wanted to soak up the moment. Not see how in sync I could be with my peers.
My opinion. As a feminist you should appreciate our ability to have one...once again.
Spare me, and yawn.
If you love Tori, a show is like a religious experience. Leave us alone - we're not bothering anyone.

I love Tori. . that's why I was at the show with a camera. .
It's not a religious experience though. . its a performer. . performing.
