She's paralyzed from the waist down and her hands have grown limp. Howell didn't know she had the illness until blood tests came back positive. This, she says, was after several doctors accused her of faking her symptoms.

Howell's is but one case of many that has medical professionals in this country at odds over diagnosing and treating the tick-borne disease.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do internet research on using SEA SALT for curing Lyme. I had it for seven months before I was diagnosed, and doxycycline only made me sicker. This girl needs to get a rife machine for treating lyme. She should read Bryan Rosner's book titled "When Antibiotics Fail, Lyme Disease and Rife Machines"
