Bulgogi Grilled Marinated Beef

Thank you for watching Korean Cuisine with Anna Kim!

Today we are making grilled marinated beef we call bulgogi. This is a popular korean dish!

Try something new for valentines day and make this for your valentine!

Ingredients:

- 1 lb of sliced beef
- 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
- 2 Pieces of Green Onions
- 1/2 of an Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Garlic
- 2 Tbsp of Cooking Wine
- 2 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tsbp of Sesame Oil


- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well and marinade in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Cook over medium high heat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice!

    You might substitute to tenderizing the meat, add some Asian pear or half size kiwi in blender and add it to the meat.
