Cool figure, strange review! this ones not part of the 'Gi Joe' street fighter II line, its from the movie line. You can tell from the colour of his shorts, the white shorts one is from the movie edition of the figure, but you can get a blue one from the game edition.

I have mislaid the packaging to my game edition version of the figure, but I think the idea of him kicking, is based on his move when he knees his opponent,. A hundred handslap move would have been so much better, but then, this is a line that gave blanka an arsenal of machine guns as accessories, So we should be thankful he remains somewhat like honda from the game.
