It wouldnt be all that dangerous if you didnt act the fool and hang out the door - up till very recently many trains had fully manual doors that were frequently left open. Only idiots fall out.
However. V set doors like the ones featured in the video are being upgraded to include festo door motors and traction interlocking - meaning they will close more reliably, and the train wont be able to move until the doors are closed and locked.
