This is PicOne doing some runs, dont think I got the maze search, and I think Jim mentioned this an upgraded version which has improved speed over the 'off the shelf' picone, although I believe that the upgrade is available from picaxe...

Well you could nothing and get nowhere or start with a dream and improve, I think this has many commercial applications.
Don't give up you are in pole position
Is it possible to make a guidance system point to point using proxy sensers drilled into the ground ?

Looks like there's something wrong with the sensors and/or error correction......

A lot of the contestants were having some trouble with the walls which are the 'cheap' moulded plastic variety which is slightly translucent to IR, also I think there were some issues with differing colours of walls, maybe someone how knows could answer... heh.
