  • Perry looks like such a moron

  • Paul is the only candidate without an egotistical smirk on his face trying to please everyones ears. Paul won the debate and they didn't even mention him on tv after the debate.....

  • RON PAUL IS THE HONEST & TRUTHFUL AMONG ALL GOP CANDIDATES

  • Only ones I like are Cain and Paul

  • IF IT AINT RON PAUL THAN FUCK YALL

  • I'm honestly embarrassed for Rick Perry, he looks so idiotic and ignorant when he attempts to debate.

  • @DrJortego Sounds simple the way you explain it,it might work out for bread, but food is not currently taxed in my state, but I think your explanation is too simplistic.I have read that as much as 85% of people will pay more under 999. Because of criticism ,I hear McCain has agreed to a few deductions and soem modifications for the poorest people .His 999 elminiates Earned Income Credit and deductions for mortgage payments, etc - many apparently will pay more -good in theory, but needs work.

  • @doogleandalix it's a replacement tax. Like I said, it does away with the embedded tax of 23%. Embedded tax= so say I buy bread for $1.00. In that $1.00 price there is 23% taxes, mainly because after all the taxes corporations have to pay, the corporations have to raise the price of the good just to cover their cost of making it. If there was no taxes, then the bread would cost $0.77. Add 9% tax to that (Cain's Corp. Tax) and add 9% again (Cain's sales tax). The bread will cost $0.91.

  • @DrJortego Numerous independent analysts and economists have concluded that his plan will cause 85% of people to untimately pay more taxes . It is a progressive tax by adding a 9% national sales tax and it will help the upper wage earners more by eliminating the already lower capital gains tax.
