@AirAgeMedia1 should of opened the 100 entries to the public and you would of solved all this, instead of picking top 5 behind closed doors...obviously I think our video should of made it, and take offence to people saying were not amatuer, just because we take more time with it doesn't mean were professionals, nobody pays us either, we both work full time, edit on borrowed software etc....being who you are...you should of expected the reaction. If you opened up up to voting top 5 different.

Congrats to those top 5, I shot my video with my iPhone and edited with iMovie, made my video for fun and myself and others to enjoy, didn't know about the contest till afterward, thanks for having this contest, it is like a lotto ticket that logically I knew had no chance but gave me a little smile from the maybe

i wouldn't even bother entering as i have plenty of rc cars , i not over the top about seeing them won by someone with a vast collection of RC,s
having said that on the other hand its good to see one of the top 5 in the running has offered if he wins to hold a second completion for 1 of the 2 trucks , some one new into the hobby might score one yet, why give 2 away for 1 place what about 2-3 place? bit stange

Here's a direct quote from one of the nominees: Mine was shot on my iPhone and my mate running around like an idiot with a $200 slow mo camera attached to the bottom, edited in iMovie and certainly not paid to do it! It's just awesome fun making and watching :)

Just to clarify: There were no politics involved in the top 5. We had a fun time watching all of the videos and picked the 5 that looked the best, were most interesting, and held our interest all the way through. We had over 100 entries and every single one of them was great. If we could, we'd nominate everyone, but we can't do that. Let's congratulate the nominees for how well they did. None of them are working for an RC company as far as we know, therefore they are amateur RC videographers.
