ok I think I know what the song means: Juanita is that part of personality of girls, that wants to be wild, free, adventurous, assertive and independent. It's within reach of all girls who want to meet her so every girl has it but they only need to have a desire to reach this part of their inner self. Girls can "let her take over or meet her" meaning they can choose to completely indulge in this flamboyant part of self and let it surface fully or they can at least be aware of it. Agree??
