INGREDIENTS:
Makes 40 to 50
2 cups all purpose flour (plain flour or mada)
1/4 cup sooji (semolina flour)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ajwain
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Luke warm water
Oil to fry
