A guy in his Mercedes SLK, drives over the shoulder of the highway in a traffic jamm, an unrecognizable patrol car sees it and gives the stop-sign, the driver quickly takes an exit towards the suburbs.

I think most of the cops in USA use the wrong solution - threats and insults when telling a suspect to get on the ground. At last they're professional in Sweden.

I have never heard a "Get down you motherf*cking piece of shit asshole!" A "Get down on the ground!* is enough.
