I think there are two kinds of sheabutter; west african and east african. I use the east african and it doesnt stink at ALL!! love it <3 u should try looking 4 the other kind, it smells wonderful :D

@temickab If you wanna keep it natural u can use essential oils . I find that peppermint is the only thing that covers the smell. Or frangrace oils

I use shea butter and olive oil mix, i whipped mine in a blender. But my mom complains about my hair, lol she says it stinks like underarms. Shea butter doesnt have a pleasent smell.. But it makes my hair so soft.... What can i do to cover the funk of the shea butter, i dont want to wash my hair becing that it conditioned it really good. How can i cover the funk of shea butter on my hair without washing it out so soon???

I absolutely love Shea butter... raw..lol... I use it for my feet, hair, and my feet! Love it... Your skin shows how the Shea butter nut has blessed you.... very nice...

i see you have shea butter from RA cosmetics. i love that my beauty supply sells it and it don't have to get it online. But when i add Shea butter to my head i only put it on my hair and not my scalp because i was told that it could clog the pores.

ok i will look into that cause i have heard simular things but so far it has not done that to my hair
