I've never heard anyone say "quite" and "um" so many times before! I guess that is what makes Rupert awesome XD and with the way Emma said "most horrible thing" I think she meant kissing him in the first place, not the actual kiss. I mean come on, if you've been friends with someone for 10 years of your life that you had no romantic interest in, would you want to kiss them?
