Take into consideration DietOramy dietary regimen? Have you encountered this? I have found it at random on Google and this content is outright remarkable... Now i'm reducing my unwanted fat plus feeling healthful.

@kudos2ya37 did you just say you need steroids for abs...

to get abbs you need steriods 1st...that's the only way all bodybuilders get big.. even dr's say it.. not one can get that big without them..

GOOD GENETICS & HARD WORK.. nuff sed
I suggest you take a public speaking course and continue with your education. Rambling, tangential distractions, poorly informed, ill prepared...

@coverdirector you're right, i was quite distracted and God forbid i didnt have my f*cking note cards out. as for poorly informed. i'm a NASM certified personal trainer, and spent the last year fitness modeling in new yourk city. how does your fitness resume compare?

Im gonna stop my diet, and up my Protein since it seems my body is eating itself
mceltv 7 months ago
@mceltv dont up only your protein you'll constipate yourself. if you up your protein up your carbs. dont be scared of carbs. as long as they're good ones. oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice etc. carbs will hold you over till the protein kicks in. try upping your carbs and protein a bit and you should feel alot better
