i begged & begged & begged for an opening spot, but it didn't work out....so i decided to attend the concert i have waited for my whole life as the crazed fan that i am, and it was really amazing to be an awe-inspired face in the crowd.

I so totally hope that your CD didn't get tossed in the trash....She better have taken it home and listened to it!! But yeah, I know what you mean...had that been me, I wouldn't care either, just the fact that she took it and held it in the air while she was singing is just....WOW. I'd be so freaking excited!!! I love the Cranberries. I have grown up with there music and haf fond memories of my younger days listening to them. And singing Zombie at the top of my voice while driving to work in my first car :o)

My day is arriving. Yay! I am taking my plane to Madrid tomorrow morning to see The Cranberries on Friday night. I will think of you, Jay, inevitably. Mainly for 2 reasons: because I found out about their tour thanks to you and because your cover of Zombie is the only cover of a song of them I really love. I have been waiting for this concert for so long too. I still have old cassettes of The cranberries in my room. lol
