How do I add thumbnails

@MindWarpingIllusions after your video has been uploaded YouTube will automatically generate 3 thumbnails for you to choose from. You can see/change them by going to My Videos > Edit. Eventually if you become a YouTube partner, you can upload your own thumbnail, but until then you'll have to make do with the 3 choices that YouTube give you. FYI - Thumbnails are now chosen randomly by YT.

But does having subtitles really help? I imagine keywords are more specific and having that text on screen seems really distracting if your content is visual-heavy.

BTW, absolutely awesome videos. They're invaluable.
