As part of CBS Sunday Morning's 30th anniversary, the show took a look back at a story that original host Charles Kuralt did on an peculiar american who built birch bark canoes by hand. Today, Steve Hartmann revisits the story & finds the maker's son-in-law continuing the tradition.

    Hard to believe my home town was on the sunday morning show. I remeber the populations sign in Big Fork always readding 399. Very nice canoes he put out. A true Pioneer of the northwoods.
