What's the point of making goals if you never go back to see if you are actually attaining them! Nicole speaks in this video about questions you need to ask yourself to see if you are on track with your progress toward your goal. Did you set time-lines for when you anticipated you would be able to reach your goal? Do you have ways to evaluate your progress? By defining these things, and reminding ourselves of our goals regularly, our chances of actually accomplishing what we set out to do increases dramatically!
