This is the second day of my 6 week sugar free diet. I am doing this because of diabetes and blood sugar irregularities in my family. I will be documenting my progress each day, and showing you how my body will change when taking sugar out of it! I also like to give fitness/diet tips and tricks! Please comment.
@bonobon the only substitute i ever use is agave syrup, or stevia/truvia. I don't use any in my drinks simply because I don't like sweet drinks. Hope that helps!

Todays Diet Consists of:
B: 1 cup oatmeal w/cinnamon
6 oz black coffee and 20 oz water
L: Tuna salad (tuna, miracle whip, pickle, pepper)
6 pecan crackers with light Peanut Butter
Rose petal tea
D: Cumin Chicken, Green beans and basmati rice, water
Midnight in missoula tea
