  • I am not a lawyer and this video is not meant to be legal advice. It is simply a guideline based upon the Fair Use restrictions that were written at the time of the video; 2007.

  • So if I copy and paste someone's image into a video and edit the picture what laws are there on that?

  • I gotta wonder, these limits you mention [single copy of a work per student, 1 copy of a book/chapter, etc, are they really legal restrictions, or academic guidelines based on experimentation, cases of academic / legal issues, etc?
