I composed this song when I was teenager (around 17 years old)

at the time I lived in the country and I spent a lot of time in the forest, listening to The Cure, Dead Can Dance, Kate Bush (etc.)

this song was a part of severals on the same theme : witches

(but it remained an instrumental, with no voices, during... I don't know... 15 years ? until I re-record the whole thing)

funny thing : in the original there was no guitar at all, I played the main riff on a keyboard (Korg Poly 800)
